Does Project 1999 plan of supporting all the expansions that are included in the Everquest Titanium edition?

No. Their mission statement is to support EverQuest and its first two expansions - leading up to 2001, right before Luclin - and stopping there mechanically.

Would be nice to go to Planes of Power. There was a lot of fun content in PoP. Stopped playing after that. Shadows of Luclin, not so much but Pop was fun stuff.

Like almost every other emu server is PoP with a half broken GoD expansion. Go forth and play on those.

The Project 1999 developers have discussed adding custom content after Velious (and the post-Velious patches) are complete. That's still at least a year or more off, so don't hold your breath, but when it does come it will likely be better than what SOE produced back in the day.

Or, like others said, you can always play on other servers. Unfortunately though there is no server with the quality and community of P99 AND PoP content :(
