How oblivious are YOU?
 

In a bar, the bar has this really large beer with a tap at the bottom, basically its like 2 pitchers with a tap. Girls come up to me, "Hey, thats a cool drink, what is that?"

"Oh I'm not sure what its called, you its just this thing they do here."

"Oh cool."

"Yeah, you can get one at the bar." I point toward the bar and turn back to my friends, the girls stand there looking dumbfounded for a moment.

Me two hours later, "FUCK!"

At college, taking the campus bus back from the college-town area where all the bars are, about 2am. Drunk chick gets on the bus, wanders to the back, and totally sits on my lap.

Me: "Hey, um... I'm not a seat."
Her: "Oh, sorry..." *stumbles over to the seats across from me*

Me about 5 minutes later: "WTF did I say that for?????"

Also at college, with my crush, doing a project while sharing a computer in the lab. We didn't have enough room on the table where the computer was at, so I had the mousepad and mouse in my lap, moving it around. She wanted to correct something, so she grabbed the mouse and started to scroll it around on my lap.

Me: "Um, you probably shouldn't roll that all over my lap."
Her: "Oh, haha... yeah, sorry."

Me about 5 minutes later: "WTF... THIS IS WHY I NEVER GET LAID!!!!!!!"

Not to mention how it must've looked to the casual observer in the computer lab to anyone behind us.

I dunno, Sareil seems more oblivious than Yendor. Two hours? Seriously? How much drinking did you do before then to not notice an obvious ploy like that one?

I thought I was in the "friend zone" with this one girl I used to work with. She had a boyfriend, normally complaining about him to me...

Girl: "Ugh... I need to get laid, cut out some of the tension."
Me: "I know right? Me too."
Girl: "No better medicine, I'll take it anyway I can"
Me: "Haha yea, well I'm off, gotta clock out. Catch ya later."

How oblivious are you?

About 25% of the people taking this test fail it totally. Another 45% partially fail it. It's a pretty old test.
