Spell Time: Convoke Shadow
 

So I just got this rockin' new SK spell: Convoke shadow. In the description it states that it is a 7:30 lifespike buff that automatically siphons health from your opponent. However when I cast it, it only lasts 3:50 then disappears.

Is this because my skill isn't advanced enough? Or is this a bug?

Not a huge deal - but looking to see if anyone else had this experience.

Wait, do you mean Vampiric Embrace? I don't play Necro/SK much but I thought Convoke Shadow was a pet spell.

Anyways, 7:30 is most likely the max. Buff durations increase as you level up.

Vampiric embrace is a self buff that gives a chance to proc a 34 dmg lifetap on attack.

I'm assuming this is what you're talking about.

A question like this pops up once every few days. The durations listed in those descriptions are the max possible, and durations scale by level.

You are also a lightning resistor, conducting to the Mother Star. Yeah. That's what you are. Yeah.
