Yeah I have seen Recka quite a few times. What are the details?

I don't have a SS, but caught the story over the shout channel. He gave the bard money for PL'ing and then the bard ditched out after receiving the money. It sucks, but handing the money over first was a bad call.

Just from the very small amount of time that I've been in the same zone with Recka before, this actually doesn't surprise me at all.

My bard is lvl 57 and i PL often.. I always accept payment after the PL is finished.. but the same could be said for a Bard PLing someone. It's stupid to PL someone before they pay because they could stiff you on payment.

Juntsie feel sorry for person scammed. It sad but no way to know if true. Document evidence next time.

Juntsie advise PLers to use third-party payment system to protect interests of both party. First, PLers jointly select reputable independent
third-party to hold fund in trust, such as bank of gud guild or alt of high level well-known player. Next, Powerlevelee tender payment to reputable independent third-party to hold in trust. Then, powerlevelor tender service as agreed. If service tendered as agreed, den reputable third-party dispense payment to powerlevelor's alt. If service not tendered, den reputable independent third-party not dispense, and hold until parties resolve dispute, or dere is ruling on issue. All parties protected. Juntsie advise powerlevelor to factor in nominal donation to reputable third-party in consideration for acting as trustee as part of PL rate.

meh it's the risk you take doing PL's with random strangers.
Either 1. pay by the hour or 2. WTT PL with people you know or guildies.
Cant petition and I doubt starting threads on it will really make a difference.
