Friends...

I have decided to step down as Guild Leader. I need to focus more on my career these days. I will remain with the Guild as an Officer and my primary responsibility will be Marketing and Promotions. All hail our new Guild Leader Oteso!

We are all sad that Carkle has decided to step down. However, we all have had RL come up and pull us away from the wonderful world of EQ. Thankfully the pull this time is for a positive reasons and not a negative one. I just hope that I and the officers can continue the superb work that Carkle has put into this guild, and we hope that we will meet everyone expectations of us, and perhaps surpass some of them.

1/6/2015 - An Epic and Hate Night
 

<Anonymous> has been deluged by Shamans! Absolutely deluged! We have been absolutely drowning in Shamans. And every Shaman wants their epic. Understandable!

On 1/6, <Anonymous> traveled to the City of Mist to kill Lord Rak'Ashiir. Mobs were pulled one by one from the the castle until finally Lord Rak'Ashiir, the one and only, showed up! Linell turned in the Child's Tear to Lord Rak'Ashiir and he immediately attacked him!


<Anonymous> engaged Lord Rak'Ashiir like a raging bull!


We fought for our very lives and presently, Lord Rak'Ashiir was dead and the Iksar Scale was looted! Gratz Linell!

I hereby announce that every raid level shaman in <Anonymous> has their epic! Nicely done, folks! Good work Anonymites!


The night was still youngish so we decided to hit the Plane of Hate!

We quickly ported up to the Plane of Hate and it was not long before we were under attack by mobs on each side.

It was nasty. It was scary. It was frightening.


Finally, we got the zone under control and we started farming it. Beautiful gear started to flock to us like the salmon of Capistrano.


<Anonymous> had an absolutely awesome raid night!

1/9/2014 - Epic Spoon and Hate!
 

<Anonymous> felt a hankering to do the Plane of Hate again so we gathered in South Ro to prepare for the port up. While we were preparing to port up, Migs (one of our enchanters) mentioned to us that Cazel was up! And Migs needed the spoon for his epic. So... a portion of the raid force made the run up to Oasis to engage Cazel and steal his spoon.

It didn't take long before <Anonymous> had Cazel crying for his mommy.


And then he was dead and Migs looted his spoon. Woot Migs!


<Anonymous> was ready to port up to Hate. Group after Group vanished from the wizard spire until it was left empty.

We landed in the Plane of Hate and it immediately started getting scary. <Anonymous> fought and fought and strained and strained.


It was going well but <Anonymous> did eventually wipe when some key classes started getting warped around the zone. Luckily our clerics and some others were able to camp out and our monks and necros were able to feign death.

We got back on our feet pretty quickly and managed to clear the zone! Great loot dropped...like two cleric Breastplates and an epic Mage staff!

<Anonymous> had a great time and absolutely cleaned up on the loot!

Alas, we didn't really kill Innoruuk. One of our mages was quite happy to get a Staff of Elemental Mastery: Fire off of one of the revenants, though. Epic indeed, but not the epic staff.

Woot woot!!!

So we have been killing things, looting things and having a blast. We had a blast in hate and had some crazy amount of bp drops. There have been epic fights, noogies, and general asshattery going on. Its been fun.
