QeynosCitizens faction
 

My DE Wizard who worships Solusek Ro is Threateningly to Qeynos Citizens faction, and I want to do the Tesch Val Scrolls quest but the guy is on that faction.

The only way I can see to raise this faction is a few newbie quests from a dude near the docks. He cons green to me but eats the quest items I give him, I assume because I'm threateningly.

Charming no longer works to receive faction, so is there no other way to raise this faction?

There are quests though!

I think he needs a wolf form or something to help that issue tho.
Maybe have an undead version of http://wiki.project1999.com/Menkes_Tabolet to charm

Charming and doing handins results in no faction hits anymore so no he can't do charming and handin like he stated in first post.

Works for the Shaman Epic but that might be due to the fact the starting spirit is bugged

Charming a mob to get its status to indifferent is fine. You will not get faction hits for doing turnins to a charmed mob though. Like you can't charm the captain in highpass if your KoS to give him orc scalps for faction. You can do it for xp.

Might have to try wolf form, but that's a huge pain forcing someone to come out there to do that for my lowbie alt.

I've been looking for wolf form to do those quests as I'm tired of Hansl screaming for the guards to come help beat me down. If you happen to find a druid that will come wolf form you, let me know. I'd happily donate as well!

Open your tradebox with the guy, use your racial hide, con him, hit trade when he's indifferent. Tedious, but he won't eat your items.
