Transfering Guild Leadership
 

Curious can this even be done on 99? I se a command that says /guildleader but when I try to give the guild to my sons character it says only the guildleader can transfer guilds, but then I do /guildstatus and it says Im leader of the guild.

Whats the trick?

GMs will do it.

Should work as long as you are in the same zone, and the recipient is an officer in the guild before trying to give them leader. Done it here before.

/guildinvite o < player name > ( if not already an officer of guild )
/givelead < player name > I'm pretty sure

I think it is /guildleader playername. If you're doing this and it is not working you may have a non transferable leader tag (given to you by a gm) or the person you are trying to give it to is not an officer in your guild.

Maybe find a jewel crafting exploit. That'll work too.

He has to be an officer as far as I know to do it.

Day 2 no GM yet and yea the second toon is an officer.

He logged in and tried it again today, he did everything and still says hes not the GM yet he is the GM and even guild status says he is GM. So its bugged. I am the one he is trying to transfer the guild to
