Fastest leveling duo
 

Hey everyone. Recently my son and I have started playing together on the server. Obviously, we're going to be grouping together 99% of the time. We're wondering what would be the best duo in terms of leveling speed. Any suggestions?

Enchanter // Shaman

Works well in duo and you guys can also solo on your own time. Will allow both players to duo and solo to gain exp or farm camps for dat PP.

Bard/bard. Or maybe some kind of good crowd puller (say, wizard) / bard. In terms of EXP per hour nothing beats AoE kiting.

I second enchanter/shaman, and invite clerics when you can for a wicked trio.

If you go troll shaman and pick Innoruuk, the clicky snare necklace will let you easily fear kite and you can get it by level 12 or 14 as a duo.

If a bard and wizard can work together effectively that would be tops.

Enchanter shaman is a kind of poor combo imo longer term. It might be faster for leveling, but there's more efficient combos, for everything else.

The caveat here being that the clicky doesn't work until lvl 15, and you need help to get it even at lvl 15. The second symbol quest requires that you take down a lvl 19 in neriak. The level 19 is easy enough to take down just be asking someone in neriak for a favor.

The third symbol, however, requires that you take down a lvl 28 paladin in steamfont mountains. He uses lay on hands and can heal himself a little as well.

That clicky snare neck is only 6 ticks of snare, with a long cast time... not saying its useless, but very situational :p

People are only telling you Monk/Shaman because they're unskilled players who exploit the strongest combo that is the easiest to play. Swish
