Google doc for comparing 2HB to DW pre-60 (at each level) *monk*
 

I put together a spreadsheet for calculating DPS for any weapon setup from 25-60 for monks (I get tons of questions about what weps to use and when). This spreadsheet removes the need to run the calculations by hand as it can be a pain with dual wield percentages and main-hand bonuses changing as you level up.

The doc allows you to compare weapon combos so you can quickly answer the following questions: 1.) When to switch from 2HB to DW 2.) When a given upgrade is worth the cash 3.) What combo of weapons is the best dps at my level.

To use the sheet, just toss in your delay/dmg at the top of the sheet and it will shoot out DPS at each level. For the DW look at the DW DMG, for 2HB -> 2HB DMG. You can use the second set of columns on the right to compare two complete DW/2HB setups side by side.

* Fixed damage for fists by accounting for lower skill cap, fist dmg was slightly inflated in last version. If you are using fists in comparison put an 'X' in the appropriate box. Fist Dmg/Dly
* Fixed 2HB bonus dmg formula for weapons slower than 45.
* Added some basic instructions

One question: What is that "28" number doing in cell C7? Just a mistake?

The sheet is publicly shared so sometimes some typos sneak in, cleaned up the spurious 28. I also locked down the calculation rows so only the weapon delay/dmg rows can change.

Bumping this and editing OP with updated version

My work internet wil not let me open google docs. I recently completely my Epic and I also lucked out and got a T Staff from KC. Just eye balling it, it feels very close. Bad runs with the 2h are more noticable, but then again it can also double hit for 150,150, +120proc in the span of a single hit. What does the google doc say? Epic + SoS is best DPS? I am wondering how much procs throw this off?
