If I remember correctly he's supposed to drop the page for the testament of vanear quest every time. We killed him at 10:06pm tonight and he did not drop the page. My cleric friend Incredible probably feels pretty cheated :P

Yes, I created a petition in game as well.

I don't think I personally set up this drop, but I believe this is where the reference came from. It is set up currently as a 90% drop rate as per the link above.

Moving to resolved. Was changed to 100% last patch.
