Me and my buddies use to play EQ back when the classic 3 expansion were out up until luclin. We are excited about this server we are looking for 3 classes that has great synergy to come into velious. if you guys have any great suggestion that would be appreciated.

enchanter, mage, cleric.. end of discussion.

Cleric/Druid, Shadowknight/Warrior/Paladin, Shaman/Enchanter - A Classic start to a group, healer/tank/slower.

If you don't want a classic tank-n-spank setup, I'd do something like druid, necro, mage. EZ kite mode with 2 really good pets. If you're not feeling the druid, an Enchanter for crack/cc would be handy.

Or you could do some kind of spin-off of the classic monk(or any tank)/shaman combo adding a druid for DS/buffs/ports, or just another dps class of whatever type.

IMO you're going to want some kind of trio that works with either a druid or wizard, for ports, period.

Personal Suggestion: SK/Shaman/Druid or Wizard. I'd pick wizard instead of druid here, because SK's generally don't have problems holding agro when the wizard goes pew pew. Along with that setup, you'd all 3 be going after different gear types too.

If you happened to manage a 4th, I'd go OgreSK/Enchanter/Cleric/Wizard to add that rez/cheal factor in. All benefit from the clarity/cc, you got ports/dps, and unstunnable agro-hog tank: the fully balanced group.

i was actually thinking possibly necro,druid,enchanter or possibly the necro mage... but the sk/shaman/wizzy combo sounds really beastly. and possibly necro necro druid sounds like it could be fun cause as long as we could kite it

Wizard Wizard Wizard!!! No need in rooting stuff when its dead before it gets to you.
