Nektulos Forest Glitched????
 

As you can see here Im in NK and I reinstalled the client 2 or 3 times and still nothing and I deleted the files as well. What should I Do gms please help.

Need to make sure you're deleting the correct files from the correct folder (verify that you are deleting files from the correct install, you may have multiple EQ installs and not even know it):

arena.eqg
arena_EnvironmentEmitters.txt
lavastorm.eqg
nektulos.eqg
Nektulos_EnvironmentEmitters.txt

This is for sure, 100%, the cause of your problem. Be sure to get the environmentemitters.txt files as well asthe eqg files.

Also be sure you're deleting the correct file - there are many "nektulos" files in that folder, but you only need to delete the .eqg one and the .txt file for the zone to work properly. Be sure to have file extensions turned on so you can see what's what.
