Made Character, Can't See It.
 

Last week I made a character. When I finished character creation the game crashed on loading the starting zone. So I X'd out of the game and went back to the character selection screen, but strangely the character was not in the list. So I remade the character but it says the name was rejected (as if it were already taken).

So I guess the server made the character for me, but it was not put on my character list.

I have tried reporting this but the staff are unable to do anything. I was directed to the technical discussion forums so maybe you guys have some ideas on what I can do.
