This is Sektors making empty promises to GMs on another game (Meridian) saying he can boost the server population if they give him pixels... perhaps the same approach was used towards staff on R99 to get Nizzar banned and Nihilum disbanded, as well as Sektors' warrior unbanned and renamed...
