Where can evils buy food and drink on the Karana Plains?
 

Are there any merchants in any of the Karana zones who both sell to evils AND who stock food+drink?

Gypsies in NK don't carry it, Uran the centaur doesn't, etc. Most merchants, otherwise, con dubious.

There's the Ogre merchants in Lake rathe, by the Rathe Mountain ZL, they have milk and goodies, and they sell to everyone! Ogre's are always so kind

Well don't I feel silly. Could've sworn I checked all the merchants, but alas I just bought enough provisions from her to last me the entire weekend.
