This thread could be several orders of magnitude more enjoyable if people would actually expound upon their references. Instead it just reads like a series of people rattling off inside jokes that few of us get.

My guild were all prepping for Vindi in Kael, medding, organising positions and strategy etc - the usual raid stuff - and guild chat was off limits to anyone but the leaders. Suddenly in the middle of all the stern, detailed instructions, one of the few women in our guild posted a passionate description of herself orgasming while her partner (a guild druid) came all over her breasts. They were both in my group at the time and had been suspiciously quiet.

Guild chat, healer chat, tank chat, CC chat all went dead quiet for 5 minutes. The raid essentially paused while everyone tried to process what had just happened. It was like the entire guild was looking sideways at each other and then at their feet. I think someone *cough*ed. The girl immediately logged, and the subject of her mistel soon after. We didn't see her online again for a week, when she was /anon. That was kind of the end of her guild involvement.

My friends and I were breathless once the shock had passed, and we realized what had actually happened. We'd never seen anything like it before.

mentally unstable guy who blew his brains out when he let a in-game "friend"/girlfriend use his account then the person stole everything off it once he/she got close enough for him to trust him/her, both parties played on Vallon zek, was in the news/on tv ect... all that jazz...crazy shit

When EQ was still young and my first character was a lvl 12 Necromancer, I played on Rallos Zek.

I found some random gypsy walking around Lavastorm mountains and after a tough fight, I looted a +7 cha torch. Was my first like stat loot ever.

Some dude PK'ed me a day later and took the torch.

I sat on my porch and was almost crying, maybe I did cry. I thought to myself, my god I'm 20 years old, what the fuck am I doing crying about a video game.

Got up went back inside and played more eq.

That drama was my favorite drama.

Most of you probably are way too young to remember this but back when p99 was in its infancy the game had a global ooc

There was a guy that would come on periodically and tell these very long, very sexual stories centered around a Erudite who had gold teeth and wore red shoes, he included some paladin and cleric in his stories that were rl husband and wife.

I found the stories highly entertaining but many people disliked it and drama ensued quite regularly as these stories were a daily treat normally.


Also there was a pvp event one time that Divinty tried to put on in the arena which ended up being IB just mass killing them for like 2 hours so much so that they also took their tears to the global ooc, invaded our ventrilo etc. this is secondary to the other story though.
