I couldn't tell you but if it was fake, the camera girl does one excellent fake scream.

lol my brother showed me this saying it freaked him the fuck out... it's def fake. I've watched many many videos and can definitely tell this one is fake.

-that chick would've seen the guy with the mask or the girl with the camera
-she wouldn't have ran all the way around the fucking house
-the friend would've dropped the camera instead of videotaping her smashed friend
-the dude in the car instantly got out of the car, didn't help, and sounds like a goofball

Considering it was pulled from Youtube for a copyright claim, I'd say it's a safe bet it's fake.

If you listen to the audio towards the end you can tell.

Girl is running towards the street screaming. When she gets hit by car, her scream remains the same pitch and constant, with no "impact" sound to be heard, not break in the audio, etc.

Car driving with that much force would certainly knock the wind out of someone when it hit.

If you ask me, she deserved it...
