Spike of Disease
 

I just started Shadow Knight - and got a spell from the quest.

The catch is, I cannot learn that.

The spell is Spike of Disease [http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/s...ml?spell=5012] and while it's supposed to be level 1 spell for Shadow knight, it says level 255. Is that a glitch? Or what's up with that?

Spike of disease shouldn't be in the game at this point in the timeline. It was added alongside a new tutorial on eqlive far later than the scope of this server.

I suggest you submit a bug report in the relevant forum section :).

Yeah any spell that says level 255 is unusable until Velious comes out. :( And even then maybe a few months after that before you can use it.

Spike of Disease should never be usable in the timeline. It's from 2005.
