Cant Create new Beta?
 

I didn't know about this until just after blue went down. So now there is no way I can play beta because I didn't blue/blue?

Log onto blue. Select or create a char for beta. Try to enter game (blue server). It will auto copy the char then log you out. Then log onto beta. Your char should be there.
