damage shields in SG
 

Damage shields in SG on the sirens - we dispelled MANY times and the damage shield never came off.

The only thing I can think of is if they corrected the dispel mechanic to its original coding where it only has a chance to take off. If you're using the lower level dispels you might be out of luck.

In my testing, it came off. However, another mob cast it as a buff on them again rather quick.
