Flowers of Functionality
 

It seems like these used to be clickable on others for a time.

Found a few comments regarding an update on Allakhazam:
*UPDATE* The August 22, 2001 patch changed the effects on the Black and Green Flowers of Functionality so they are no longer targettable. I've just confirmed that this is indeed the case in-game. In the same patch the green flower was "fixed" so that it would give +50 PR again. It had been broken (+0 PR) the patch before. Sigh, now these flowers are LESS functional.

Confirmed, cannot click on another player on current Velious beta.
