ive been getting things like that for over a year from various mobs. nothing really new

Velious is spoiled in Erudin on the side of the dock building.

alright well I saw it and looked up the loot table and saw it wasn't on it. So I assumed it was wrong.

Ice of Velious is just a research component that can drop off anything. Not actually from Velious.
