enchanter charisma items, specific slots
 

any have suggestions for charisma items for: arms, hands, shoulders, back, waist, legs, feet?

Arms: Wolf-Hide Sleeves
Hands: Incandescent Gloves? Not much of a boost but still a good item.
Shoulders: Don't know
Back: Don't know
Waist: Don't know
Legs: Drake-Hide Leggings
Feet: Don't know

For most of the "Don't know"s, you should just get a +Int item. I'd also recommend a +Int item for the chest and for the earrings (SMR and Ivandyr's hoop respectively, perhaps?)
