This is because the drop rate was nerfed. Before you come in and 'flame' someones thread you should have an idea of what you're talking about.

Sorry Mr. magical "I camp PKT" all day, knows exactly when he spawns, where he spawns and keeps a monopoly on his camp while playing another character.

coming from you... a guy who abused the drop rate and camped bilge 24/7 and sold PKTs for like 12-16k back when the drop rate was bugged.

the rate apparently has been fixed, but there's still a ton of them on the server floating around.
