Celestial Cleansing has non-classic particle effect
 

I imagine it's suppose to look like every other heal spell in the game, and not a sustained pillar of light.

Confirmed, Celestial Cleansing is not using classic particle effects.

I'm sorry you had to see that. Easy fix though pending the next patch!
