incorrect items - reaver and blade of carnage
 

The reaver that dropped last night was 40/40, not the original 35/45.

The blade of carnage that dropped had the enraging blow proc.

Looks like most items are using the upgraded stats instead of the Velious release stats at the moment. For example, Sal`Varae's Robe of Dankness had FT3 instead of FT1.

There are two different sets of upgrades. A general Velious uber loot upgrade (NToV, Sleepers, Kael items) in June 2001, but also the major 2 hander upgrade in October 2001 which retroactively upgraded a bunch of the 2 handers in NToV/Kael/Sleepers and even Blackstone Maul/Trorsmang in VP.

As for the specific question as to whether the uber items will come in original or upgraded flavor at the release of Velious:

Main thing I'm worried about is stealth upgrades to items on rarely (or never killed for months because of bugs) killed mobs like Tunare who obviously had items added/upgraded to her loot table between kills. There is very little evidence on when stuff like Fist of Nature and FT3 earring were added to her loot table, or maybe they were there initially but Tunare was killed so little because she was bugged for months.

Vulak had some items that were stealth upgraded/nerfed several times that were never mentioned in patch notes and didn't line up with the traditionally accepted uber item upgrade patches. Namely Gharn's Rock and the many iterations of Mylokar dagger - definitely their final upgrades were in before Luclin but it could have been anywhere from June to November 2001.

There was also a major monk/hybrid weapon patch, including where they added a bunch of weapons. Can find documentation of it in my Fist of Nature thread.

Is there one master list of item upgrades vs. originals or is everyone going around creating their own lists like the one Ele linked?

So, Mrylokar's wasn't on Vulaks original loot table?

A version of Mrylokar's Dagger was on Vulak, but people complained loudly once they found out the stats, so Verant nerfed it. Feast of Blood even appears to have changed effects with each iteration. 100hp lifetap -> 25hp lifetap -> 30hp/tick for 3 tick lifetap.

The Mrylokar's nerf is one of the reasons some of the better uber guilds started just posting kill pictures and not pictures of the item stats.

Fires of Heaven(?) got the first dagger and posted the stats in July 2001.
