I understand it places a buff now but I'm not sure if that means the spell graphic should change also. Anyone have a Donals on live and able to see?

Did some checking:

It is correct as a buff.

Complete Healing in classic --> Healing particle effect.

Complete Heal (Used by Donal's) in classic --> Buff particle effect.
