Going postal (Butcherblock -> Kelethin)
 

I tried speaking to Siltria Marwind in BB mountains so I could deliver mail to kelethin, but she doesn't mention anything to do with the quest.

It's been in game since at least 19 June 2000 AD as evidenced by http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=438 but doesn't seem to work on p99

Same with Ton Twostring in Freeport

Looks like the scripts require "deliver cityname", "deliver to cityname", or deliver mail to cityname".

Thanks for taking a look at this... I appreciate it isn't exactly a big issue!

I'm hailing Siltria Marwind now on blue and she doesn't say anything about mail quests.

Doesn't respond to "I am interested" either which is how I normally find out mail delivery locations (and get dates with hot bard NPCs).

I believe the issue is there are CRs where there should be CRLFs..

It's fixed on my dev server, but this is gonna take some regex magic to make sure everything is good elsewhere.
