I've killed about 15 thuamaturgists and she has not dropped a dagger of marnek. Is this a bug?

In the same amount of time i have not seen priest amiaz spawn. This seems buggy as well. Or is all the information on p99 wiki false about their spawn location?

it dropped yesterday off the first thaumaturgist we killed

a dagger dropped on first kill while pulling everything up from the basement a few days ago, did one pull with thuamaturgists that random people killed at zone in while aggro was on me...so it still dropps

The dagger drops. I got one wasting inventory space on my cleric, I think. I'm waiting to group with a worthy necro so I can give it away.
