My target's health bar won't adjust to DMG. Always 100% or corpse.

Do you have a hot key bound to movement key?

This problem is likely related to that issue.

Something to keep in mind, when you bind keys on one character, is it across the account on all characters.

Actually I do not. I haven't had this issue at all lately, either. Strange bug tho. B-)
