Mage focus items question
 

I have different answers to this so posting here for clarity. The question is: Does mage focus items work at level 1? (im not sure how the quest is done at level 1 but someone thinks so)

On wiki, it says min. level 33 but I have seen mages with focus items much earlier than that but does the focus item works < 33 ?

yes they work for low level mages

They work 1-49. After that you need the mastery staffs.

to be noted the torch, shovel, broom and stein focus your 1-49 pets to:

Minion of X

The staffs focus your pets to:

Servant of X
