Large Molds in Freeport?
 

I was looking for a merchant tonight in East Freeport (when the lag would let me in or out of any buildings :p) that sells Large armor molds. There used to be one in the Port Authority building if I remember correctly but I could not find her. I have not finished my search (got too frustrated) but I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to look..
