Harmtouch
 

If you press too many buttons quickly in combination with harmtouch you get around 15 seconds of a cooldown. I've had it happen at least 3/5 times and usually I only save harmtouch for critical emergencies. Which end up with me dying instead since the damn button doesn't work.
