Nm, I am an idiot and it's a click. Wiki shows it as combat. And the effect name is actually "Nature's Melody", not the wiki's Song of the Deep Seas.

Actually, it should be Song of the Deep Seas and proc'd in combat until January 2002 (outside our timeline).

Got this just the other night. Song of the Deep Sea's isn't a permanent effect, its a proc.

Song of the Deep Sea's
Increase Agility by 30
Increase Attack Speed by 60%
Increase Armor Class (AC) by 15
Increase Strength by 30
Allowable Targets: group
Spell Duration: 25 ticks (2.5 minutes)

Stacks with Bard Epic, but causes a twisting problem because the proc has a short spell cast time.
