More nobles in sky
 

I have only been to sky two times and know very little about it. This new agreement to not kill certain mobs to get more nobles? What are nobles? Those freetie lookin dudes?

Yes, Noble Djorn, Overseer of Air, and Hand of Veeshan.

Killing Noble Djorn on island 1.5 spawns OOA on island 4, once OOA is dead it spawns HoV on island 8.

Noble is normally on a 7 day timer; however, if you do not kill OOA, then Noble will respawn in 3 days and still maintain his original 7 day timer. And you can repeat this cycle a few times leaving up OOA each time for Noble spawns every day eventually.

Yes, and if you leave that OOA up, it also starts another 3 day.
