How do you port a toon to beta. Mine was toonless

Go to either blue or red, and type /beta, then type /beta once again.

It'll be xferred over.

Do you start out where you /beta on the beta side?

you keep your buffs/items but you'll be in north ro

north ro and the velious zones are the only ones available on the beta
