How the fuck do you keep anyone when you kill 3 boss mobs that drop numerous items and only 2 of them make it to the players?

I know you don't have many experience with dropping bosses, but it's not always gear worth mentioning.

would highly recommemd azrael for anyone seeking inconsistency and only killing <5% of raid mobs that spawn and only lower tier targets
