WTB: early level proc one hander for Warrior secondary
 

I'm not sure what to look out for, I presently have a Kunzar and love it, even though it wont start proccing untill 40, and I need a secondary when I hit lvl 13. Any suggestions in the 200pp or so budget catagory?

Could get one of these two for next to nothing. Not great dmg/delay, but they proc at 16 and 15, respectively.

It's rare but a Crookstinger procs weak poison at level 1 I believe. 4/21 piercer, can get it cheap if you can ever find it for sale.
