Wanted Dead or Alive: Ebonist
This Iksar necromancer is guilty of the high crime of killing innocent bards in West Freeport, noble guards in the Commonlands, and countless other crimes too numerous to list here. He has gone into hiding these last few weeks, and he is wanted by the Tribunal to face justice.
