All my items, money are gone for the 2nd time

I was first playing around witha bard, got him to lvl 2 and was looting some armor and so on, and when I was going to play him again the other day all my items and money were gone on that character.

Well, I deleted him and created a necromancer instead yesterday and have been playing him since then, today I went afk for dinner and when I came back, like 2 hours later everything is gone on him, money, armor, bags in inventory, everything!! Is this something that happens every day in p1999 or is it just me? And why?

Did you die both times? That's the only reason I can think of why your stuff vanished. When you die you drop everything.

He is right. There is NO way it just happens.

Case closed, everyone pack up and move out.

I guess you never played EQ... When you die you drop everything. You have to go find your corpse and loot your stuff from it.
