Which fire pot teleportion locations drop you off in range of the city guards?

Halas is definitely in aggro range. I don't think I've ever taken a pot to Grobb, but the rest of them have safe landing points from what I remember. In all cases, you'll have to eventually walk by guards to leave.

Let's see.

Safe:

Cabilis - Zone line to LoIO, no pathers.
Kelethin - Underneath city, near lift but not in aggro range of guards
Akanon - Entrance, no pathers
Kaladim - Entrance, no pathers
Rivervale - Entrance, no pathers
Grobb - Entrance, no pathers
Neriak - Commons at waterfall, no pathers
Freeport - Docks, no pathers

Possible aggros:

Felwithe - Entrance, 1 roaming guard may get close?
Oggok - Entrance, 1 roaming guard gets close.
Erudin - Docks, 1 guard roams around there I believe
Halas - Dockthing, 1-2 static guards

Grob is safe. I think they are all safe

What Rasah mentions is true. Although most are safe, to leave the city you will need to pass by more guards (Kelethin excluded), so you will need Invis regardless to leave, given you are KoS.

Crusader pets gon getcha outside Cabilis unless you're very lucky.

Playing a Evil race that you are not high enough to get FD yet, or play a Class that never gets it, is a real pain in the Butt.

That is why I like going Iksar. EVERYONE hates you so you know where you stand. Not this "I wonder if that guard MAY attack me" stuff lol. :p
