Red99 GMs should make like the Baltimore police and pull all units from Red99 til Velious hits.

GMs did very little policing on Live PVP servers, and I feel like this was a good thing. It forced the PLAYERS to enforce their own rules. The creation of the "loon n scoot" rule would be the obvious example here.

It's a shame to think that here in 2015, 15 years later, we haven't matured enough to embrace such a system on this emulated version of said 15 year old game.

Maybe three months of shitting on each other without any hope of GM intervention would force you all to come to your senses and act like adults.

Then again, maybe you'll just burn it all down like in Baltimore!!!

I doubt they could camp the corpses (or want to) for multiple days. There are more entertaining things to do in Everquest.

This same exact scenario existed. There was no PNP, there were no guides. There were level 60s literally griefing people off the box as soon as they hit 52. Stupid people went afk for extended periods of time and were deleveled to single digits.

One guy was bard CC'd across the fucking world. Literally. CCd him onto a boat. Was pretty fuckin funny actually.

Bottom line, there were no more then 30 people on unless a dragon popped.
