Words of Coercion

I did a search on words of coercion and came up with a auctions more than anything else. I have never seen these in game and I have been looking since level 10. I've been buying up copies of words in Freeport, Highkeep, Centaur Village, Aviak merchant, OoT vendors, and Rivervale and I can not for life of me find any words of coercion. Are they really this rare a drop or am I just missing what they drop off of? Any help would be appreciated.

i think i've vendor mined some of these but i'd have to check. they aren't really very needed anyway as the fire pet seems to be the best for solo xp killing blues. only really need sturdier pets if you are killing higher level mobs or large packs.

(fire pet at level 29 is bought at guilds)

Man that would have been great information if I had asked where I could I buy the level 29 fire pet or how to play a mage.

Words of Coercion are definately out there. I've seen them plenty of times. It seems to me that the key to getting words is to hunt mobs in the next level range above the word itself. So, if you're looking for words for a level 29 spell, hunt level 30-35 mobs.
