Black Heart

Reminder to self. Check to make sure that "Black Heart" is dropping from correct creatures and that the corresponding quests are accepting the correct ID#.

Ambassador D`Vinn was dropping the wrong "Black Heart."

This will be fixed next patch. Moving to resolved.
