Is there any other way in Everquest to do tradeskills without doing: click click click click click click click click click click click click click.
Yep, I counted, 13 clicks per item I create (Faydwer Shaker)
So, is there any "smart" way to do tradeskills so I dont get carpal tunnel syndrome or break my mouse?

back in the days I used EZmacro to tradeskill.

macroing was illegal but I never afk macroed, just saved my arm from turning into jello

that, and placing stuff around your inventory and bags at the right place in the interface can reduce to amount of mouse work a lot, but still have to go trough the movements and the clicks. which is why ezmacro was usefull.

turned my brain to mush instead of my arm :P

best advice i can offer is holding ctrl to only pick up 1 item out of a stack at a time :(
