Hello, is this quest available on P99?

I've just wandered through all the corridors in the EF caves (with a tracker), but there was no bear up. :\
Any insight on spawn time etc?

The add date on Allah was Sun Jun 25 19:30:38 2000.

I'm sure it would be a well known shield if it was in game, since it's so nice.

maugarim does exist, and I quested the greaves so I know the quest works.

Haven't tried the shield quest, so I can't comment on that.

This mob exists. I got the ingot while trying to camp for the pelt. This was before the spawn time change. Afaik the bear is on a 6 to 8 hour spawn time with 1 or more skeleton placeholders. The bear drops the ingot and a glacier bear pelt. Hardest piece of the Totemic Helm for shaman. Anyone can do the helm quest and it sells for around 1k

The quest is around, I saw a cleric in EC the other day linking that sheild, then I inspected him and it was on him.

Forgot his name but I know for a fact they had it.

For those wondering, it looks like a shimmering orb.

About Maugarim: is the kerran priestess in her room the PH or is she on a timer?

Maugarim spawns on the heretic isle within kerra with all the erudite necros. She's fairly rare but I believe all the erudites/skels there are phs.
