Bard's AoE slows cause haste instead
 

The following 2 bard pb aoe songs have an attack speed slow effect. Rather than slowing attack speed, they increase attack speed (haste).

The pb aoe Largo`s Melodic Binding (lmb) correctly slows its targets:

Makes sense that this hasn't been found yet because people hardly use the PBAOE dot/slow songs in range of a mob since you never really use these in a group since they break mez.

Fixed Selo`s Assonant Strane, pending update. Selo`s Chords of Cessation was fine.

Thanks for the quick fix! I'll do some more parsing of Selo's Chords of Cessation to confirm it's properly slowing targets.
