ZOMG! Two new foods in the past week! <3 u P99
 

I have been playing on this server for over 3 years now. My initial goal was to collect at least one of every edible item in the game.

I thought I had accomplished that until last week, when Stagwolf showed up at my store and offered me a Glow Lichen.

Blew my friggin mind. I was all like "WHAAAAT!!!! WHAT IS THIS?!?!?"

Took me a while for my mind to recover from being blown, and then today, out of NOWHERE Magictrick shows up and is like ... Chomp Chomp Chomp, Magictrick takes a bite out of Wooly Fungus.

I was all like "WOAH WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!??!" He gave me one to try, and OMG blew my mind all over again.

I never even heard of Wooly Fungus before, let alone ate it.

This is why I love EQ and why I love this community!!!!

The "regionality" of EQ is pretty awesome though.
Someone who's never played an elf in gfay would probably not know about royal jelly, for example.

Wooly fungus totally looks like a styrofoam packing peanut. It's so weird. I imagine it's like eating a mushroom flavored piece of cotton candy.

How the heck do you plan to fit every item of your collection? :O

haha your reaction to the Glow Lichen sent me into a quest to find a food greengrocer didn't know about..I have been traveling the world over on my druid looking for rare foragables..hopefully I can find you something else new
