incorrect faction
 

The Aqua goblins at the spires in OOT loc(2000,-1000) have the incorrect factions associated with them

They should have:
Factions raised:
Emerald Warrior
Gemchoppers
Storm Guard

Factions lowered:
Riptide Goblin

I can attest to this as it is where Kierra did all of her faction work to get in good with the faydark and Kelethin guards. Back in 1999

Fixed, pending update.

In the future, if anyone finds exact +/- of the hits given, report it and I'll update their values.
