Cab Item plat farm twist

Ok, I was GM on live back in 2000 and have run an eqemu server for over 8 months so think I know what Im talking about. This item that was dropped by the 2 npcs in Cabilis doesnt just get added to them in the database by mistake or a bug, it has to be added and thats nothing the guides or even the holy Sirken can do, its only the devs.

Or! someone which got access to it for some reason.
